We do not look at ourselves like other gyms in the area. We consider all of our ‘members’ athletes, regardless of age. Our workouts are designed to improve the way you move, feel, look, and perform.
We know this is not for everyone, and that's ok. Not everyone who goes through our program wants to continue, and not everyone that wants to continue is accepted. If you can't aspire for greatness and committ one hour everyday you are here to improving yourself both physically & mentally, this is not the place for you.
However if you can make that commitment to yourself, your fellow athletes, and us.. Then we welcome you aboard and look forward to helping you achieve personal greatness.

Purpose – What is your reason for being here? Always remember why you stepped through the door each day. Set a tangible goal and dedicate each day towards reaching it.
Accountability – Just as we will hold you accountable inside the gym, we expect you to hold yourself accountable outside through nutrition and recovery.
Comradery – Whether it’s your friend or a first time member, always support anyone who steps foot in the door to train.
Punctuality – BE ON TIME. Classes and have set start times. Please do not show up after a class has begun.
