We believe that our approach to nutrition is no different than our approach to training – there needs to be a systematic and progressive program that has accountability, structure, and purpose.  To optimize your results and hard work here at Dynamic Athletics, it is imperative to have a nutrition program and overall system in place in your daily life.  We have designed a program that will allow you to work with us in order to get your nutrition in order in a way that is sustainable, flexible, and effective.


What It Entails:

  • A closely supervised program following the Flexible Nutrition guidelines
  • Education on consuming macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) in the correct proportions
  • Proper tracking and logging of food
  • An optimal nutrient timing schedule for your days
  • Accountability through a community environment

  • Personal macronutrient numbers
  • Weekly check-ins with your coach
  • Unlimited access to your coach to answer questions and provide guidance
