The majority of new clients that join Dynamic Athletics haven’t had any experience with CrossFit. Therefore, all new members start with our Prep Course. It’s designed to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements, and the intensity of the workouts.
Step 1: Schedule a Free Class
Don’t listen to what others have to say about CrossFit, come try it out for yourself for FREE. We are confident that after trying you will not only love the workout, but the atmosphere as well. Classes are scalable to all fitness levels and abilities. Trial classes must be booked in advance. Click here to fill out the form and request your free trial class. Step 2: Complete the Prep Course
The Prep Course is required if you’ve never done CrossFit before. The Prep Course ($299) is a combination of personal training and group classes designed to set you up for success in the program. During the month-long course, you will get:
- Three one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches
- Mobility Assessment (2)
- Body Analysis (2)
- Nutrition Consultation
- Three group classes per week
At the beginning and end of the Prep Course, you will work one-on-one with a coach to go over movement essentials and technique, analyze and work on any mobility restrictions, and do a full-body analysis to compare progress from the beginning to the end of the month. You can schedule your third one-on-one session at any time during the month to focus on specific, individual goals.
Step 3: Select a Membership
After your completion of our Prep Course, you will meet with a coach to discuss your experience, goals, and what program would be best for you going forward.
